Ste-Catherine Est
Our main commercial building is at 1366 Ste Catherine St. East. This is the site of the former Le Drug Store nightclub. Unoccupied for some time, the interior has been cleaned up and partially demolished, and is ready to be renovated according to our clients' needs. The structure is an L-shape, and is actually composed of two civic addresses, one on Ste Catherine and one on rue Panet. There is one basement in common, a ground floor, with two more floors on the Panet side, and three on Ste Catherine. In total, there are about 22,000 square feet available for use.
